A blue fox sat in a tree, staring at the huge Mystic Ruins. He'd never been here before, so it was a first for him. He was wearing Turquoise bands around his tails and jeans, his eyes were blue like his fur. He hung upside-down, using his hands for support on the branch. Its seemed deserted around, only the birds singing away in their nests and crickets chirruping broke the silence.
Dark rain clouds gathered over-head, the fox groaned. Now he's have to find somewhere to shelter. He seemed about thirteen-ish.

Curled up under a crumbled pillar, a cat took her shelter. Locks of orange hair covered her shut green orbs, as she snoozed peacefully. A demons tail lay curled around her legs which were covered by fairly baggy grey trousers, the base of her shoes a glowing green, the inverse to the mechanical halo around her head which had four panels of red light. For additional warmth, her right demon wing was furled around her, a mechanical one compiled of robotic parts lying still.
She was oblivious to the changing weather and nearby fox, just sleeping. This elemental young looking lady. Haze Firepaw, an elemental despite her demonic past.

The fox stood up on the branch, and looked at the cat. He saw the demons features on her and jumped directly to a conclusion, he thought she was a demon. He decided to stay away from her as he approched a cave. He walked past her, pretending he didn't see her in the most polite way he could think of.

Despite being in slumber, the cats delicate hearing detected the fox's delicate footsteps. A green narrow eye opened, a blurry glare fixing on the young fox. Silently, she got to her feet, the halo above her head rotating quickly, scanning the area for any danger. Detecting nothing, she looked to the sky, the dark clouds not really to inviting. She opted not to go anywhere, but to keep an eye on the young male. She had no idea who he was, but he seemed to be alone. She didn't want to see him hurt, despite she had no clue who he was.

The fox, whos name was TJ, entered the cave and sat on a rock. He watched gentle raindrops fell to the ground. It was a light shower now but TJ knew it would worsen, he prepared himself for a long stay in the cave.

Haze watched the small amounts of raindrops fall from their clouds, a small smile prying on her lips. Being as she had spent a good month or so in a desert, the rain was something she had secretly missed. Leaning against part of the pillar she had slept under, she waited until the rain became heavier, occasionally glancing to the cave, wondering just what had bought TJ to the ruins alone.

TJ watched the rain fall, he had an Ipod with him but was saving that until he got bored. He got up and lent against the side of the mouth of the cave. He sighed and shut his eyes. He hadn't been having a great week, and wasn;t in the greatest of moods.

Her naturally red claws tapped against the stone that stood beside her, drumming along to the rain's rythem as she asked herself a few questions about how her week had been. She had spent the previous day on a painfully long flight from a town, having sand in her shoes for the entire trip, this making her wince. If there's one thing she hated more than that it was the ocean, thus making the sea-side somewhere not to go. That flight was the last thing she could remember in all honesty. She must have curled up somewhere dry and dozed off. She found this out of character for herself, thus leading to a monolouge of 'whys''.

TJ got bored, he selected a song on his Ipod. He sang along to eminem's Toy Soldiers.
"I'm supposed to be the soldier who never blows his composure Even though I hold the weight of the whole world on my shoulders I am never supposed to show it, my crew ain't supposed to know it Even if it means goin' toe to toe with a Benzino it don't matter I'd never drag them in battles that I can't handle unless I absolutely have to I'm supposed to set an example I need to be the leader, my crew looks for me to guide 'em If some s*** ever just pop off, I'm supposed to be beside 'em Now the Ja s*** i tried to squash it, it was too late to stop it There's a certain line you just don't cross and he crossed it I heard him say Hailie's name on a song and I just lost it It was crazy, this shit way beyond some Jay-z and Nas s*** And even though the battle was won, I feel like we lost it I spent too much energy on it, honestly I'm exhausted And I'm so caught in it I almost feel I'm the one who caused it This ain't what I'm in hip-hop for, it's not why I got in it That was never my object for someone to get killed Why would I wanna destroy something I helped build It wasn't my intentions, my intentions was good I went through my whole career without ever mentionin' ... Now it's just out of respect for not runnin' my mouth And talkin' about something that I knew nothing about Plus Dre told me stay out, this just wasn't my beef So I did, I just fell back, watched and gritted my teeth While he's all over t.v. down talkin' a man who literally saved my life Like f*** it i understand this is business And this shit just isn't none of my business But still knowin' this s*** could pop off at any minute cuz
Step by step, heart to heart, left right left We all fall down like toy soldiers Bit by bit, torn apart, we never win But the battle wages on for toy soldiers "

After a little while, Haze's ear twitched. The music TJ played echoed out from the cave. It really did ruin how tranquil the sound of the rain was. Sighing, she watched the cave, drumming her foot impatiently, although she knew he wouldn't be able to hear. Surely after a little while he'd get bored of the rap, right? ... By the time it reached the final chourus, she'd changed her mind on that theory.

Tj's ear twitched, hearing a sound. He just shrugged though and walked over to his boulder to sit on it again. He was bored again, the raid pelted down heavily outside.

Haze too got bored after a while, trotting over to the cave, leaning against the outside wall, near the entrance, wondering just what to do with herself. She couldn't exactly walk in with a "Hey, how are you, my name's Haze." routine. She'd proably scare him out of his fur. She shrugged her shoulders and fluttered her mitch-maxed wings, beating them after a moment and taking to the air, swooping around in the rain drops.

TJ was shocked, and lept into the air slightly. "Hey, Haze. I;m TJ. I didn;t know you were there." He said, holding his heart.

Startled, the cat narrowly avoided a collision with a pillar as she looked to the fox. "Oh hello there." she chuckled, landing infront of the fox, placing her hands on her hips. She attempted to mask her tail, being as it might have been a nasty shock to someone who was not used to coping with demons.

TJ noticed Haze trying to hide her tail. "No need to hide it, I got a brother who's a demon so i'm used to it" He shrugged.
